As a (junior) HR advisor at ORTEC you will be part of a unique organization and team!
If you still want to learn a lot in the field of HR this is your chance. As a (junior) HR advisor you will be first point of contact for management and employees from the business unit you are working for on all HR related matters. You advise on topics like performance, development, sickness and re-integration and global mobility. Furthermore, you facilitate the performance management and reward cycle and are an active part of HR projects with a focus on Learning & Development. The HR team consists of 3 HR advisors, 1 corporate recruiter, 2 HR administrators and the Head of HR. As a team we are developing towards being a real partner in business.
