As a Junior Consultant, you will play an integral role in implementing ORTEC’s supply chain optimization solutions for our clients. You will be involved in multiple initiatives simultaneously resulting in a dynamic work environment. Each day could feature a blend of business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design & documentation, testing & validation, training, and go-live support all intermixed with extensive client interaction. You will help facilitate the changes necessary within our customers’ organizations to ensure the successful implementation of our software.
The position is based out of Atlanta GA and the expectation is you will be based out of that office. Travel needs vary by customer, but some travel is expected. With COVID 19 travel has been reduced significantly but it is assumed it will pick back up eventually. Assume travel up to 25% of the time possible.
ABOUT THE PROFILE
The position requires a Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably with a focus in Supply Chain & Operations Management (SCOM), Business Management, Information Systems (MIS), or Industrial Engineering & Operations Research. This role will have a customer facing component so applicants should be comfortable interacting and presenting in a formal environment. Successful candidates should possess a combination of both technical and interpersonal skills.
