About the position:

As a Junior Consultant, you will play an important part in implementing ORTEC supply chain optimization software. You will be involved in various project initiatives requiring business analysis and have frequent meetings with the customer.

Roles and responsibilities include implementation consultation in support of the ORTEC project methodology. Consultation support includes requirement gathering, installation, configuration, test cycle support, customer training, preparation for go-live and post-go-live software support. You will help facilitate change within ORTEC customer organization. You will work from our office in Atlanta, GA Travel needs vary by customer engagements and customer onsite visits are often included.

Required Skills and Requirements

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a focus in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business/Management Information Systems or Operations Research. Successful Junior Consultants display a combination of both technical and personal skills.

Technical skillset:
– Advanced experience working with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel, etc.
– Advanced understanding/interest in ERP systems
– Advanced understanding/interest in supply chain logistics
– Advanced understanding/interest to information technology
– An academic, structured way of analyzing and solving problems

Personal skillset:
– Strong communication skills
– Positive and pro-active attitude
– Collaborative working style
– Able to give presentations
– Willingness to learn and contribute immediately
