ORTEC offers an expansive package of employment benefits. In the Netherlands in addition to a market-based salary, you will receive a fixed year-end bonus equal to one month’s salary, an allowance for your private internet subscription and 25 vacation days with the option of purchasing up to an extra three weeks. You will also be issued a laptop, and if necessary a smartphone as well. Flexible working hours (part time and/or working from home) are also an option. New employees begin with a one-year contract, which will be extended as a permanent contract upon satisfactory performance.
Employees are invited to attend the social activities organized by our employees association, and the Friday afternoon drinks in our own ORTap. Furthermore an excursion for your department or ORTEC as a whole is organized annually, such as the Christmas breakfast or a barbecue at one of the founders’ homes. And in addition to the (Young) Professionals Development Program, each month Young ORTEC organizes activities to help develop your talent, increase your knowledge and expand your network.
